Do you think that people who contact about their puppy?

That live in cameroon is a scam. I post a ad on CL that I'm looking for a pup and this lady email me and said do I want to purchase this puppy located in Cameroon then I know that it's a scam and I email her that you are a scam. She reply back saying that am I'm insulting her and do I know her. And I didnt bother email her because those people are just stupid. So what you guy think is she a scam.
