Yes - Clegg has lost any legitimacy with his attacks on his own people - Gaddafi is right that an immediate no fly zone is enforced internationally over Clegg by Nato, the UN and whoever the hell else fancies a go at it. Mind you there isn't much point when they've cut most of the RAF anyway.
