So my ex and I were together for six years and about a week and a half ago we broke up and our ten month old daughter and I moved out to Iowa to stay with my family. So, I was told by my ex that his buddy was cheating on his wife, which btw she's eight months pregnant with their child, and I couldn't help but tell her bc I felt so bad knowing the secret. What I didn't even think of when I did this was that telling her this might make it more difficult for my ex at work and he's trying to get promoted. He called me upset and said it wasn't my business and I am still angry with him for the split so I said it wasn't his business bc we aren't together and I can say what I want. After I cooled down I realized I had broken his confidence and trust by revealing something I shouldn't have put my nose in and I sent him a text saying that. Also, when we were on the phone I found out he was going out tonight and I told him to go get drunk and **** a girl in anger and he responded with "maybe I will". I love him and want our family back and I totally fudged up with this, but my question is does this mistake make it so we can't ever possibly reconcile? I had made it where all the friends I knew from where he is I cut off bc I didn't want to know about him being with girls and rebounding and all that stuff, but now by telling this woman she confirmed he was going out and my heart sank bc I am not going out, I am not partying it up bc I am taking care of our daughter. You don't even have to start out with an awkward "hey..." just flat out say what's on your mind and most often, the girl will at least have an automatic social reflex of responding. Hello, my dad is a cab driver and he recently dropped off a passenger in San Juan CA. We had police come to the house, he had a seizure in front of them & the ambulance arrived to take him to hospital but he walked out of there today as our mental health system in Western Australia is pathetic, they release mental health patients at the drop of a hat. We have told him many times previously that we cannot keep putting up with him living under our roof with his addictions that he doesn't seem to want to address & he is scaring his little 3 year old brother so he has to move out. I am heartbroken telling my own child he is not welcome in our home. He told me today we don't care about him, we don't love him, we only love his little brother, he is our only son & he is going to kill himself & we will have his blood on our hands. I have for years tried so many hospitals, psychs, taken so much time off work jeopardising my job trying to help him, I recently secured him a job & we thought things were going well but he took days off on drug induced illness. I can't help but feel guilty about our decision to have him look for crisis accommodation. I have tried to intervene & help him do this today but he told me to stay out of his life. I feel like I'm a terrible mother & have let my own flesh & blood down.

Need a little more info so I can pass it along. I know someone that has been charged with a crime. He went for his first appearance and was told what the charges were, possible sentences and released on a signature bond. I've tried several times to log onto the Global Terminal today and it connects only to say immediately that "you have been disconnected off the GTS" at the bottom screen and it boots me off. Earlier today I had gotten into the GTS fine and offered a (legitimate) Gengar for trade. Went on later and it won't let me on. I tried GTS on Diamond, same thing, won't let me on. On Platinum, it let me on right away. I searched for a Pokemon like normal, then a connection problem booted me off. I'm thinking the b*stards that run the GTS banned me from trading because a very few of my Pokemon are hacked, and I never even attempt to trade them or battle with them on wi-fi! I've had some of my hacked Pokemon a while and haven't been banned, I don't know what's going on! I want to check on my offered Gengar! If they did ban me, why the hell would they?! I never EVER use the few hacked Pokemon I have on wi-fi for any reason! Agreements signed on my family's story had expired without extensions being added.?

I have sent a formal letter to the filmmakers withdrawing the agreement but they say they still have the rights to the story and will continue with the project. My concern is that they are using my story without a valid agreement. The agreement was signed in 1996 to produce a documentary film but nothing has been done since. There is no sight of a completion date. The agreement has expired on three occasions and had not been extended. When I complained that it was taking too long to make the film they agreed to add an addendum stating that If the film was not completed within nine months of signing date that I would have the right to contact other filmmakers interested in the project. But they have now said that I cannot do this as it would complicate the work they have already done even though they had agreed I could. They have said on one occasion that if I didn't cooperate with them they would continue with the project and that I would not be paid any money when the film was completed. I don't understand why they did not extend the agreement when it had expired.I have correspondence and agreements and would be thankful for some help in checking these. Is my 16 year old daughter suffering with depression?

In the last few months I've noticed a real change in her. DUI and the reserves?

I just joined the reserves after completing my obligation of active duty. I am under no obligation in the reserves and can drop back to the IRR if I choose to. Long story short, went out to celebrate (like an idiot) joining the unit and got a DUI. Sadly, I've seen this type of situation before. I'm nearly in the middle of it, except this person is 18 and considered "special", but still...it breaks my heart to see that all he does is eat the food in the house, play video games, etc. I know how it is and it is troubling, especially when the mother won't even listen and do what is best. I'm living in this situation, too, and I know it's tough. People like that need to be taught life skills. If he is special then perhaps they need to have that proven by a doctor, a psychologist, or psychiatrist. If they are special then you need to push them because once they hit around 25, it takes a lot more work to try to teach them anything. I mean, it's possible, but while they're even 20 years old, they can still learn. They have the capability with patience and time. They need to be given simple responsibilities, or a schedule to follow so they can make a checklist of what they've done during the day. If he isn't special or slow, they should still take measures to make sure he knows life skills like earning a living, getting a real job, how to dress for a job interview, cooking, cleaning, doing laundry, taking care of theirselves, budgeting, etc. If you could try to help, or convince your mother that he needs a little shove out of the nest soon and need to prepare him for it then try your best. I know some mothers won't listen and just stop because they don't want their baby to move away from home (sadly, this happens far too often). If he is special and she's not doing a thing to help him then they might as well declare disability, or get a respite (sp?) care provider that will teach life skills that will help them in life. I assume he may not get out a lot, and perhaps you could take him out one day for dinner, or take him to the movies, or something that is public, talk to him, and maybe offer to teach him these life skills so he can move and live on his own. It is one of my serious pet peeves when mothers baby their children even after 18 are still being treated as babies and possibly becoming overweight, and definitely becoming lazy. Sometimes the mothers don't even listen, but they need to hear the truth anyway. Some mother's block it out of their minds and say, "You're wrong." or, "You're crazy." But you at least need to try your best. If you've tried your best then that's what you can do. I know it's rough, and I don't even know of an answer on what to do since nothing in my situation has worked, either. Although, I know I've done what I can even though it is still incredibly difficult to see and it is heart-breaking. Even though in my heart I can get by and convince myself that I tried my best, and pray that someday before it's too late the mom will realize she can't baby her adult son the rest of her life. If it was swollen and bruised it is probably broken/fractured there is nothing u can really do about it but wait. I'm so sorry. I have a friend who has a "family" just like that and once she turned 18 and left for college on a full scholarship to some ivy league school, she was free forever. Just wait until you turn 18 and go to college. I know it seems unbearable at times, but my friend got physically abused sometimes and she survived 3 years. If she can do it, you can do it. Old mac game- "Frippletation"?

I played some computer games when I was a kid that came on the original imac computer (colorful transparent bubble computer) Frippletation is a name of one of them. One involved 2 little monsters that had yellow flags that you had to answer things and the one that answered correctly the little furry would raise his flag. I remember it but not clearly. other 'games' involved on that computer were this really cool thing you could make objects move on roller coasters, a kitchen that you could move dots around in a pot or wherever you wanted them to go and there were songs you could choose from, one being 'un golly golly' Power Pete was another game. and then there was a really cool program that you could make artwork on that you had to travel to a land then go up an elevator to different 'floors' that had different tools you could use to edit the picture. Why Do I vomit When Smoking?

Im quite a heavy smoker, and about 15% of the time when I smoke I cough so heavily that Air or something gets trapped with a mixture of Saliva, and When I cough so aggressivly , i have a massive air bubble trapped in my throat/back/lungs and It forces me to swallow, I dont even ask myself to do it, I dont want to do it, but my reflex is just to swallow, alot, swallow after swallow of any saliva thats in my mouth, then after, I go outside , and spit out all the saliva and try to burp best I can to remove the air, but this time it was not enough, my body could not get the burp up and I vomited absoloutly eveywhere, Why does this happen? my Friends call it Golly. why does it happen

Serious college troubles! Please help me!?

For this semester I have been taking this advanced English 1130 class along with a Math class while being on Academic probation. The English 1130 class can prepare anyone for University and I've been told by many at my campus that it is a very difficult course to pass. However, I have no intention of going to University and I have all the requirements of the Early Childhood education program that I want to apply for in September. I have been working to the best of my effort and studying hard but I have been getting "C-'s" and got one F on an assignment. I also took the midterm exam and don't know what mark I got for that yet. Today, I found out from my dad that he finally admitted to me that the only reason he wanted me in the English 1130 class is for me to get out of the house all day so that he and my mom won't have to deal with me. I got real angry and stressed about that. I have not told my parents about my academic probation and since the withdrawal date is coming up I'm seriously thinking of withdrawing from English 1130. The odds for me to pass this course seems very slim and if I don't withdraw I could very well risk failing the course and end up in Academic Suspension for a whole semester and I don't want that. Even if I do withdraw from the class, I can possibly avoid suspension but also have to tell my parents about the withdrawal. I told my Dad about the marks I've been getting in my assignments and he says to me to just keep going; try my best with the course and even if I don't pass I can still learn something from it. But that won't cut it with the campus administration and registrar's office if I failed the course because they will still suspend me. I've also talked with an academic advisor and a counsellor about this and they are no help. With my campus, it seems that the right hand does not know what the left is doing so I'm getting mixed messages from everyone. I know this is long but can someone (ANYONE) help me with this difficult situation that I'm in?

the person I am describing is sometimes distracted, you have to repeat things. He is very preoccupied with doing the right thing and very preoccupied about taking care of his little brother, he is serious and seems to be always thinking. He sometimes says things that are a little weird. Headaches and gets stressed easily, i notice when he is acting weird his pupils get really big. He sometimes lacks emotions, he is a bit social withdrawn, he had very few delusions at the beginning not anymore. He was not like this before, he had like a psychotic attack at once thinking he was going to hell and thinking doctors wanted to kill him when they just wanted to draw blood, since that episode he has been very calm and quiet, no outburst or angry and sometimes saying weird things like he has to help his family but in a really serious way.

Can I sue my school?? HELP!!?

I attended a school program and half way through, I'm in the process of withdrawing, The school I'm attending is a popular tech school and will not return my money. My program was $25,000 and my in school payments were $400 since December of 2010 till May of 2011. I was very dissatisfied with the program, my instructors were so disorganized, we never knew what was planned for the day, my grades were horrible because of everything, everyday one of my instructors spent more time telling us her life stories then teaching, she walked in late on a regular, we once sat for an hour before another instructor showed up, also I recently took my final and it was such a great score they flat out to my face accused me of cheating, even though I had someone monitoring me in the room, they said, the score I got didn't reflect my recent grades. I left all my stuff in another room and had no way of cheating, I studied so hard for that and I'm such an honest person it was heartbreaking.
