Why did the Apostle Paul get a one-on-one interview with the risen Christ, but no one else does?

People will say that god chose him because he was the best possible choice, or that god used his abilities as a tax collector. But to make this claim is to admit that Yahweh is in violation of the multiple scriptures that state he is not a respecter of persons. He's not a respecter of persons, then he treats everyone the same. Picking Saul who wasn't even looking for a sign from God just because he was a tax collecter is definitely respecting his person, Christians will deny it but it's true.
