Practicing law in the US?

hi, i have a brother who just graduate from a law school in Nigeria and so, is qualified to practice law Nigeria and Cameroon. But he wants to come over to the US and so sorts to know what awaits him here in terms of being a legal practitioner in this country. He is over 33 years and will not wish to do much schooling again. Hope to read from some one.
