Why is Sharron Angle always so happy? Is she completely oblivious to reality?

It's actually frightening, because it coincides with her wanting rape victims to "make lemonade". I swear she is completely divorced from reality. During 2008, Palin spewed GOP hate with a "golly gee" demeanor, but Angle does it while acting in a way no human should act while doing things like that.
