It was a very happy song, and if I'm not mistaken, the singer was from Cameroon. The video featured a female singer against a backdrop of moving circles or some such thing. It was one of the very few happy songs of the nineties. I'd love to have it but don't know the name of the song or the singer. Can anyone help?
