okay , so i'm adopting a purebred pomeranian . this person lives in Cameroon and she was giving it to me for free . she wanted me to send her the paper change money to her BEFORE she sent me the dog . is that okay ? or a scam ? she said she needed the paper changes money so she can book the dog's flight ..
