This will sound crazy, but what movie is this?

My brother wants me to ask this, he wants to know what movie this is. There was like a boy and he was at disney world on a ride or something then he got off and found this like hatch in the ground he went down on a ladder then he was like in this ice cave and there was a guy down there then something happened i dont know but animals like came to life or something cartoon animals then he hates them cause they ruin his life or something then they end up helping him? One of them said golly alot or its name was golly WOW i sound crazy lol and the movie was in like real life version or whatever not cartoons but the animals were cartoon. He said something about the animals in like a train on a traintrack in the house? OMG its KILLING ME i gotta know PLZ tell!!!
