I am adopring a child that was born in Cameroon But both parents are Canadians. I am also Canadian.?

I'm just wondering how to go about bringing this little girl home and starting my family. I went to the court house where i live and they couldn't tell me anything.We are going private no agency. Just birth parents to adoptive parents. Can any1 give me some advice on where to start.
