I am from Cameroon and I want to help the people there please listen?

Okay Cameroon is in Africa and I want it to be specifically in Bamenda. I want to start a website and club to grow a garden to can up and ship over to cameroon. Then buy and make some clothing for the people there so they won't be on the streets naked trust me I know this stuff. Also, make a care package they don't have diapers and baby powder and lotion they don't have hamburgers fries cotton candy no. they have african foods like foo-foo and arrow or vegetable. Also a filtering water plan even though it's going to cost a lot I just need some help. And it needs to be a free website to make. Lastly, I am going to need some friends to make a change. And no I am not going to join friends for change and suggest that. Please help me my grandfather died in his bed there and so did my uncle he got really sick over there. Please help
