I am having GTS problems on HeartGold. Help?

I've tried several times to log onto the Global Terminal today and it connects only to say immediately that "you have been disconnected off the GTS" at the bottom screen and it boots me off. Earlier today I had gotten into the GTS fine and offered a (legitimate) Gengar for trade. Went on later and it won't let me on. I tried GTS on Diamond, same thing, won't let me on. On Platinum, it let me on right away. I searched for a Pokemon like normal, then a connection problem booted me off. I'm thinking the b*stards that run the GTS banned me from trading because a very few of my Pokemon are hacked, and I never even attempt to trade them or battle with them on wi-fi! I've had some of my hacked Pokemon a while and haven't been banned, I don't know what's going on! I want to check on my offered Gengar! If they did ban me, why the hell would they?! I never EVER use the few hacked Pokemon I have on wi-fi for any reason! As long as I use only legitimate Pokemon on the GTS, then by golly they should let me use it, not make a big stink about me having hacks at all! I definitely hope it's only a GTS problem and not a ban. Because I have had my few hacks for a while without being banned.
