Question about political correctness....?

During a debate about political correctness, some people made it clear that they found Golly Dolls to offend. However, I said that they didn't offend and I felt quite neutral about them as I don't find it am emotional issue. I am aware of their origin and so on. However, a number of people I know have similar opinions to me about them. Do they offend you or not.
