Shipping in a dog from out of the u.s?

Ok I have a friend that is Cameroon and she wants to ship her English bulldog pup over here she says all I need to buy is a airline kennel for the dog and to give the agency my mailing adress is there anything else that should be include like does the pup need some kind of shots if she is coming in from out of the states? Could someone please just explain the process for me to make it easier .
