What are things you can say when you are in disbelief or surprised?

Yours are pretty good - had never heard the first three you listed. I especially like the KC pickles one. Anyway, my corny contribution to this discussion would be something I once heard on a Robert McNeil-hosted PBS special about language: Well butter my butt and call me a biscuit!
